🚀 A new chapter begins I’m excited to share that I’m starting my new role as Team Lead Product Knowledge Enablement in the Business Enablement & AI department. A big thank you to Sarah Gaertner , Markus Bach and Oliver A. for the trust and the opportunity to help shape this area. I’m really looking forward to what’s ahead. 🤝 I also want to thank the Customer Success Department I was part of. Big thanks to Christoph Albrecht, Björn Westermann, and Steven Haaß for shaping the Customer Success structure together.
