PreSales Engineer | Epic Cyber Inc

Four years ago, I was learning how to troubleshoot tickets as a Support Intern in Mohali. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work across support, deployments, customer engagements, and solution engineering—learning something valuable at every stage. Today, sitting in the Boston office and meeting with Zscaler and Epic Cyber leaders, colleagues, and partners is a reminder that careers rarely follow a straight line. There will be setbacks, unexpected turns, and moments that force you to grow faster than you planned. Looking back, many of those moments turned out to be the most valuable. One lesson that continues to prove itself: focus on becoming valuable. Skills, relationships, and reputation compound over time. Grateful for everyone who has trusted, challenged, mentored, and supported me throughout this journey. Special thanks to David Gottesman , Ramzi Harb, Trace Woodbury and Akash Rana for your guidance, support, and belief in me. Looking forward to what comes next. Still learning. Still building. Still early. #Zscaler #EpicCyber #CyberSecurity #SalesEngineering #SolutionEngineering #CloudSecurity #ZeroTrust #CustomerSuccess #ProfessionalGrowth #TechCareers #Boston #Leadership
