Sicher in Zeiten des Wandels
There’s a special kind of leadership people never forget. Not the loudest voice in the room. Not the title. Not the authority. But the leaders who saw potential in us before we could see it ourselves. This message resonates deeply with me because I still remember the managers and mentors who truly made a difference in my career. The ones who supported me during uncertain times, encouraged me to grow beyond my comfort zone, and believed in me when I felt lost in the wrong environment. Some leaders give you tasks. The great ones give you confidence, trust, freedom and a second chance. Looking back, the moments that shaped me most were not about performance reviews or promotions. They were the conversations, the encouragement, and the feeling that someone genuinely wanted to see me succeed. That kind of leadership leaves a lasting impact. People may forget numbers, targets, or meetings, but they never ever forget how a leader made them feel. Be the leader people remember because you treated them with kindness, respect, and humanity.
