After nearly five years at the Department for Transport, I’ll shortly be moving to the Cabinet Office to take up the role of Director for Senior Talent and Resourcing. I’ve been incredibly proud to work with such a great HR and Shared Services team at DfT and across the wider Group, particularly through a sustained period of change. The professsionalism, enthusiasm and commitment of colleagues has been a constant as we’ve strived to make transport better and contribute across a wide and varied people agenda. I’m looking forward to the opportunity to work back at the centre of government, supporting the Cabinet Secretary and her Permanent Secretary team to strengthen leadership capability and senior talent across the Civil Service at an important moment.
