I'm proud to announce that TechHer Capital has formed a joint venture with VIA DC, led by Olivier LABBE and Maxime Lenoir. 🤝 Via Terra brings commercial origination and engineering qualification together in a single accountable team for powered land work across European data center markets. 🌎 TechHer Capital contributes the operator relationships, market intelligence, and methodology. VIA DC contributes the technical, financial, and environmental engineering depth. Each firm has been doing one side of this well. Via Terra is what happens when both sides are in the room from day one. ⚡ Four practice areas: target zone analysis and site identification, technical qualification, pre-application support with national grid operators, and transaction support through to closing.
