Recently in Germany, we launched a training program focused on managerial posture, team rituals, and individual connection moments 🀝 🎯 This initiative was driven by: πŸ‘‰ Managers’ expectations πŸ‘‰ Our Engagement Survey results β€” where one topic clearly stood out: communication And what we observe across teams is very clear: ✨ Managers who: βœ”οΈ set up regular team rituals βœ”οΈ schedule consistent 1:1s βœ”οΈ create space to share direction AND listen ➑️ achieve significantly higher engagement levels Bringing together German-speaking managers from Germany and Switzerland made the experience even more impactful. πŸ’‘ What stood out the most?
