Thirty years in IT. Six sectors. Four continents. And the same conversation keeps coming up. I'm not here to sell you AI. I'll be taking a different approach. Speed, not haste. I'm going to ask you uncomfortable questions. → How many AI tools is your company actually running right now? → Who owns them? → What do they cost combined? → What happens when one of them makes the wrong decision? Most senior leaders I speak with cannot answer all four. Some cannot answer any. That is not a technology problem. That is a strategy problem. And it starts earlier than you think. Not all AI is the same. When management says "we need to do AI" they might mean five completely different things. Confusing them is expensive. Not selling platforms. Not promoting vendors. Asking the questions the room tends to skip. I will post regularly. Structured, direct, no haste. → If your company had to place itself on an AI map today, where would it land? #AIstrategy #CIO #AIgovernance #BIITS
