What I learned in my first 6 months that no job would have taught me. Six months in, and the thing that stands out most is the ownership. From teaching Managing Product Development and running the IT taskforce, to visiting CDTM Valencia, redesigning our entrance area, flying to New York to visit some incredible offices — including BCG where I had spent almost two years as a working student — and hosting our first hackathon at the FlixBus office in Munich.
