Leadership evolves and it benefits from diverse perspectives!    With Eva Aigner joining the Management Board of our Metal Engineering Division as CFO, we are strengthening female leadership within voestalpine. Eva Aigner has been part of the company for more than 20 years and brings extensive experience from a variety of management roles across the division. She knows our business, our markets, and the challenges ahead.     Her calling also reflects our ambition to further increase the share of women in leadership positions and to create strong, diverse management teams across the group.    At the same time, I want to thank former CFO Martin Reisetbauer, who will retire after many years of dedicated service.   His contribution to the development of the Metal Engineering Division and his deep financial expertise have been crucial to the success of the business.
