Measuring security awareness program maturity | Disney • Sony • Activision Blizzard | Founder/Exit to Arctic Wolf
I'm exploring my next opportunity in security leadership. I've spent the last 15 years building, scaling, and leading security awareness and human risk programs across some of the most complex environments in the world: Disney, Sony Pictures, Activision Blizzard, and Arctic Wolf. I've also been on the builder side. I founded Habitu8 (acquired by Arctic Wolf), grew a managed security awareness offering from $3M to $12M ARR, and recently developed the SEAT Methodology, a maturity framework benchmarked against NIST CSF, NIS2, and DORA that organizations use to evaluate and mature their security awareness programs. I'm looking for roles where both of those worlds matter: Security leadership positions where understanding the product side, the go-to-market side, and the operational side all count, as well as corporate roles leading awareness programs. If you're hiring, or know someone who is, I'd welcome the conversation. Full resume here: https://lnkd.in/ghdeWDu3 #OpenToWork #SecurityLeadership #HumanRisk #SecurityAwareness
