Entrepreneur │ Cambridge PhD and EMBA

I have somehow managed to get through a Cambridge EMBA without posting about it on LinkedIn! Is that a record? Does anyone even care?! In any case, I’m breaking tradition 😎 This was one of the most intellectually demanding things I’ve ever done. My EMBA colleagues pushed me to the limit... they somehow managed to move the bar higher every single term. A personal footnote: I was the first EMBA student admitted to St John's College, Cambridge. My thanks to St John’s for bringing me in – something I did not expect when starting the programme. The EMBA has had some practical side effects. My spreadsheets now confidently indicate I should be making stacks of money. Reality, for reasons still under investigation, is ignoring the model. Some moments will stay with me forever, including hosting Queen Diambi in a fireside chat during the programme. No pressure, class of 2025. 😜 And somewhere along the way, macroeconomics and biodiversity became new passions of mine. Largely thanks to the Individual Project (sorry Kam, you are not getting credit for this). The programme gave me a new set of lenses: for technology, strategy, finance, and the broader systems that operate within. And a set of friendships I suspect will last a lifetime. 🫶 See you in Electives 😁 Photos: final day shenanigans, plus proof EMBA changes people. #EMBA Kamiar Mohaddes, Isabel Halls, Jeeva Bostic-Bradley, Dr Jennifer Waller Martin MInstLM, Professor Khaled Soufani, Kamiar Mohaddes
