A few weeks ago, we wrapped up our CWS Workwear High Potential Programme and even now, it’s still on my mind. 💛 Really grateful to have shared this experience with Iwona Bartoszewicz, Paul Béla Gubanek ,Roxana Dochian, Jean-Marc Rapin and Dr. Axel Schulten as our sponsor. We started as individuals and quickly became a proper team with #superpowers, challenging each other, learning together, and genuinely enjoying the process. We became a strong team with real team spirit that will keep supporting each other long after this programme — and honestly, I miss working together with this group. 🥰🪄 After a few intense months, we wrapped things up with a final presentation I’m genuinely proud of. Our project “Stay & Grow” is now moving into implementation, focusing on understanding our customers better, keeping them with us, and helping them grow alongside us. On the final presentation day, I also had the chance to explain what my team and I do through the different “hats” we wear: – keeping an eye on brand compliance – pushing visibility so the brand is actually seen – helping shape the brand direction – building community on organic social media Because in reality, growth doesn’t come from one role or one person, it comes from teams stepping into different roles and making it work together. 🦾 It was also great to meet so many inspiring colleagues across the programme and a big congratulations to all the other teams for their fantastic performances. Celebrating this together made the whole experience even more special. Big thanks to everyone involved, especially to Andrei Teaha (the best mentor) and Anna Jakubiak, Beatrix Gräfin von Zedtwitz, and Dr. Axel Schulten for setting this up and backing it with real courage within our organisation.
