Thrilled to share that my scoping review protocol has been published in the Education in Medicine Journal. This publication is a meaningful milestone in my PhD journey, and seeing this work reach the academic community makes the effort all the more worthwhile. "Exploring the Components of Co-Creation in Health Professions Education: A Scoping Review Protocol" outlines the methodology for systematically mapping how co-creation is conceptualised and practised in health professions education globally. This scoping review, conducted following rigorous JBI methodology, will: ✅ Identify the key components of co-creation in higher education ✅ Explore how students and teachers actively participate in shared decision-making ✅ Highlight regional disparities — including underexplored contexts like Pakistan ✅ Synthesise evidence from 2015–2025 This work is a step toward building the evidence base needed to formalise student-faculty collaboration and make co-creation scalable and sustainable in health professions education worldwide. I am thankful to to my supervisors Dr. Muhammad Saiful Bahri Yusoff, Dr. Nurhanis Syazni Roslan, and Dr. Rehan Ahmed Khan for their guidance and mentorship throughout this journey.
