I'm transitioning from my current role and organization. I valued the opportunity to work alongside and contribute to the work of people who are subject matter experts in their fields. I appreciated their support and humor when we were driven by unpredictable events. I've accepted a position at LINK as a Senior Strategist joining Sharon A. Hyland Sisbarro's team. I'm focusing on the process, challenging myself, and looking for mentorship to grow into a LINKMate. Based on who I've met so far, I don't think finding a mentor will be difficult! To say I'm excited is an understatement. I don't know enough Shakespeare to dramatise or find the words that describe my thoughts or feelings. At best I can say, I'm keeping my eye on the donut, not the hole. #IYKYN
