As of April 1st, I take on a new role as Senior Director, Market Access & Government Affairs, Region Europe at Merz Therapeutics, with responsibility across the region at a time of increasing complexity and opportunity for our industry. Merz brings a rare combination of long-term, family-owned heritage and a clear ambition to deliver meaningful innovation for patients. I am excited to contribute to shaping and executing the European access and policy agenda, working closely with country, regional and global leadership to drive sustainable impact and accelerate patient access across markets. My sincere thanks to Stefan König, Florian Marquardt, Dan Staner and the broader leadership team for their trust. I look forward to partnering with teams across Europe to navigate evolving healthcare systems and deliver on our shared ambition. As I take on this new chapter, I also want to acknowledge my time at Moderna. Operating at the intersection of science, policy and access during a defining period for global health was both a privilege and a responsibility. I am grateful for the collaboration, intensity and impact we achieved together. I step into this role with clarity of purpose, strong conviction, and the ambition to make a meaningful difference at scale.
