Week three at Microsoft, and I’ve spent most of that time listening 🎧 In my first few customer meetings, one thing is clear - the AI conversation has evolved. As AI becomes part of everyday work, security conversations are shifting from capability to control. Leaders are asking the tough questions: - How do we govern responsibly without adding friction? - How do we understand where sensitive data lives and protect it by design? - How do we maintain confidence with regulators while moving at AI speed? I’m still early in my journey here, and really enjoying how practical and outcome focused these discussions are. Looking forward to continuing to listen, learn, and share reflections as I settle in 🔍 P.S a personal highlight so far - getting to work alongside my brother 👋🏻 Andrew C.
