“Move from time management to energy budgeting” — this was my biggest takeaway (and personal favorite insight) from Paul Olteanu. At the Q2 HP Leadership Conference, I had the opportunity to explore key concepts around the neurobiology of stress and strategies for building resilience. The discussion on “meta-abilities” for future careers especially sparked my curiosity — and left me eager to dive into some of the Goodreads recommendations shared during the session.
