If you are looking for someone who has solid COBOL coding skills (because I know most banks are still using it at some backend layer under an emulator because it's stable state code and you know exactly what it will do) then stop being cheap and hire people who still know that tech space while you can.. and NO.. you CANNOT use Claude to get the same results (as much as I think Claude is a great platform). Pay for the talent while you still can. It won't be around forever.
