From Vietnam’s warmth to Shanghai’s scale: An unforgettable journey! I just returned from two incredibly inspiring weeks traveling with the team, and I’m still buzzing with energy. Vietnam: Heart & Hospitality We started our journey visiting one of our factories in Vietnam. From the moment you step off the plane, the hospitality is unlike anything I’ve experienced in Europe. It was amazing to see the professionalism and passion of our colleagues firsthand. They prepare our products with so much love...it’s truly contagious. And of course, the evenings spent tasting local food together brought a constant smile to my face. Shanghai: Vision & Scale Next, we headed to our headquarters in Shanghai. Words like "big, bigger, biggest" don't even do it justice. For the first time, I truly felt the sheer scale of our company and our massive growth potential. Despite the size, there’s zero arrogance...only warm, passionate people working toward one goal: ensuring our 1,000+ products (ranging from drinks to snacks and sweets) perfectly meet the needs of our consumers. Memories for a lifetime : The photo above shows our colleagues from different continents. We had the honor of performing for the board, which resulted in a lot of laughter and memories I’ll never forget. To all the colleagues I met: it was a true pleasure getting to know you personally.
