One of the things I’m appreciating most about being back at Harness is how seriously the company takes enablement. Not as a slogan. Not as a slide in a deck. As a real investment. Anndel Powers, Carlos Delatorre , Doug May and the broader team have built an environment where new hires aren’t just thrown into the deep end and told to “figure it out.” The expectation is high performance but the company actually equips you to get there.
