From Culture to the Classroom - in the state of Sarawak Malaysia in the heart of Borneo. A group of talented civil servants from a number of ministries came together to ‘Think Like a Leader: Strategic Upskilling’. RSOG and The Leadership Institute of the Sarawak Civil Service kindly invited me to share my experience over two days.  I joined Datuk Amar Mohamad Abu Bakar Mazuki the State Secretary of Sarawak and Dato Sri Saferi Ali, Attorney General and other senior most civil servants to challenge conventional models used by government today. A panel discussion on AI included Grace Huang from the Sarawak Civil Service Digitalisation Unit and Professor Patrick Then, CEO of the Sarawak Artificial Intelligence Centre and Dr Chen Chaw Min Chairman of the National Heart Hospital. Needless to say, discussions were wide and created opportunities to focus on future plans that will develop the civil service well into the future. #RSOGMalaysia
