Leadership means continuity in uncertain times and to enable those around you to perform at their best.   As of January 2026, I have the privilege of serving as CEO of the COFERMIN Group — together with our strong and experienced management and operations teams. I’m grateful to our Supervisory Board for the trust placed in me, and to our teams across the COFERMIN group who make progress possible every day. Over the past years, I’ve had the opportunity to actively shape key transformations — particularly in digitization and ESG. Stepping into this role now is both a responsibility and a clear commitment: to strategic clarity, operational strength, and sustainable growth. One conviction guides me — and all of us at COFERMIN: Access to critical raw materials is becoming a decisive factor for Europe’s industrial future and competitiveness. The technical and commercial understanding of complex supply chains — and translating these into real value for suppliers and customers — remains the core competence of the COFERMIN Group.
