Just got back from my first ever ServiceNow Sales Kickoff in Las Vegas, a great way to start 2026. Being in a room with 9,000 colleagues from around the world was impressive, but what stood out most was the people. From our New Zealand and ANZ team to colleagues across the globe, the shared values, energy and sense of direction really came through. Seeing Bill McDermott on stage was a highlight. From my days as a ServiceNow customer back in 2017 to where the platform is today, the pace of progress and the clarity of what’s coming next… is remarkable. Add in what we saw from Moveworks AI and Armis , and it’s clear there’s a lot to be excited about.
