What a strong start to 2026! On January 13–14, 2026, our Business Transformation Days brought the SAP Services Sales Germany community together in Munich for a focused kick-off into the year — building on a strong foundation of experienced colleagues, new team members, and aligning on what matters most: helping customers accelerate business transformation with measurable outcomes. Over two days, we ran highly targeted enablement across our strategic priorities: • Success Plans – delivery models, pricing, rollout excellence, and stronger collaboration • BDC & BTP – scalable architectures, integration layer, accelerators, and industry use cases • AI Adoption & CAIA – enablement, customer value, and real-world use cases • CIS & FDE • Business Transformation Journey – clarity on value realization • Toolchain & Transformation – improving how we execute end-to-end We held industry-focused breakout sessions, where our teams deep-dived into their respective industries with a strong focus on account planning. Supported by valuable, hands-on input from our speakers, these sessions enabled targeted discussions and sharpened customer strategies with direct applicability for our customer engagements. Our goals for our customers are clear: Faster time-to-value, scalable transformation with BTP as the backbone, and pragmatic AI adoption with clear value and repeatable use cases, delivered with stronger end-to-end execution and confidence.
