The Power of 663 Years: From Transformation to Greatness Last week, I met our German Site Management Organization as we came together for the kick-off workshop for 2026, paired with a lively fireside exchange. It was an important moment to set direction. When the team added up our collective experience in clinical trials, we reached 663 years. Yet the real strength lies in what they have become after the recent transformation—one aligned, confident, and high-performing team. The discussions reinforced a shared commitment of  working smarter, not harder. By leveraging our collective expertise and simplifying how we work, we are clearly progressing from good to great. Most inspiring was the team spirit: openness, trust, and a strong sense of togetherness. That is what turns experience into impact. As we move into 2026, the 663 years behind us are not something to look back on—they are the foundation for what comes next.
