Autistic burnout is being discussed more often, but it is still frequently misunderstood, misidentified, or mistaken for depression or occupational burnout, particularly in autistic people with internalised or later-identified presentations. I’m running a live webinar on Recognising and Managing Autistic Burnout for psychologists, mental health professionals, and allied health clinicians. In this training, I’ll cover: • What autistic burnout is and how it is currently conceptualised • How it presents in both diagnosed and undiagnosed clients • How to differentiate autistic burnout from depression and occupational burnout • Common assessment pitfalls • Management strategies that do not reinforce masking or overexertion • How to adapt therapy in a way that is genuinely neurodiversity-affirming 🗓 Friday 20 March 2026 ⏰ 11:00am–1:30pm AEDT 📚 2.5 CPD hours 💻 Live + recording available for 60 days This training is suitable for clinicians working with autistic people across the lifespan.
