One main reason I am working at Tesla is the focus on aiming for the highest safety the cars can achieve so that we and our loved ones arrive well at our destinations and simply don‘t die… At Tesla, I am seeing daily how much effort gets put into this on all fronts during design phases without compromises. Safety first! It gives us one of the biggest moments of success (and better sleep) during design phases when we get crash CAE and physical crash test data telling us „we passed“! I am very happy to see that Tesla has 2 vehicles awarded as „best in their class 2025“ - the Model 3 and Model Y! People should pay more focus on safety performance when thinking about a new vehicle to buy.
