As 2025 comes to an end, I find myself reflecting on another defining year of ForTech Consulting GmbH. It was a year shaped by complexity, momentum, important decisions, and continuous learning. Operating in a challenging and fast-moving market environment, we stayed true to what guides us: a strong belief in solutions, progress through responsibility, and long-term thinking over short-term wins. I would like to sincerely thank our partners, clients, and candidates who placed their trust in our services this year. We built several promising partnerships and made many valuable and inspiring connections throughout 2025 — relationships we are excited to carry forward into 2026. Your trust, commitment, and collaboration are the foundation of everything we’ve been able to achieve. A very special thank you goes to our team ForTech Consulting GmbH. Your dedication, professionalism, resilience, and willingness to go the extra mile every day make ForTech Consulting what it is. The commitment and mindset you bring to your work are the true drivers behind our progress and success. Finally, I want to thank my partners Welat Omari and Berkan Persenkli for the trust, alignment, and shared responsibility, vision, and goals throughout the year. As we move into 2026, we do so with clarity and optimistic realism — focused on sustainable growth, continuous improvement, and further strengthening our Contract Recruitment department, which remains one of our key focus areas.
