From a Wishing Tree to an Award-Winning Initiative – Thank You, Team! 🌟 On December 4th, 2025, we had the honor of receiving the IHK Social Transfer Award – a recognition that proves: commitment truly makes a difference. Our Wishing Tree initiative, launched in 2021, is more than just a project. It’s a promise: to stand by children who are fighting tough battles – and their families. Together with the association WegGefährten – Parents’ Support for Children with Tumors e.V., we are building long-term connections and genuine care. And there’s more: the prize money of €5,000 was donated by the IHK directly to WegGefährten, strengthening their incredible work for children and families in need. Christian Sander thank you so much for stepping in on such short notice due to my illness. Thanks Arjeta C. to come from Kassel to us for supporting our team ❣️ We continued our tradition. ✨ 303 wishes from sick or socially disadvantaged children were fulfilled. On December 8th, 2025, we celebrated this year’s gift handover together with WegGefährten, St. Nikolaus Children’s Home, Women’s Shelter Salzgitter, and SOS Mütterzentrum A heartfelt thank you to every colleague who contributed. Without you, these magical gift-giving moments wouldn’t be possible. Special thanks to Jennifer Lindemann who once again poured so much energy and passion into organizing this initiative together with me, to our colleagues at Braunschweig Service for your incredible support, and to Susanne Jürgens for coordinating everything on-site. Since 2021, we have expanded our Wishing Tree initiative to include Alstom sites in Berlin, Kassel, Braunschweig (Signaling), and Siegen. It’s beautiful how small acts can make the world a little better. 🌍💙 #togetherinmotion #teamalstom #IHK
