Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, etc.) to perform complex machining operations Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs using CAM software and G-code Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements and sequences Select, install, and adjust appropriate tooling, inserts, and fixtures Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.) Train and mentor less experienced machine operators on proper machine operation, safety procedures, and quality control Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with engineering and production teams to continuously improve processes and part quality Qualifications: Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, CNC Programmer, or similar role Expertise in setting up and operating multi-axis CNC machinery Strong proficiency in CNC programming (G-code) and experience with CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks) Solid understanding of tooling, materials, and various machining processes Ability to read and interpret complex technical documents and blueprints (GD&T knowledge preferred) High level of mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Pro Products LLC offers a competitive compensation package, including: Top wages commensurate with experience and skill Health, Dental, and Vision 401(k)with company match Paid time off and holidays Discretionary Bonus Programs Short Term Disability Insurance Opportunities for professional development and advanced training Clean, climate-controlled, and state-of-the-art working environment Referral/Relocation bonus Join our team today, and discover a career path built on innovation, support, and trust.
