Make things happen!

I didn’t move countries for the weather. I moved for the future of banking. This year, I moved from Germany to Luxembourg with my family. Not for the weather (spoiler: it rains here too🌧️🌧️🌧️). But because I believe the future of banking is built where regulation meets innovation. The professional transition? Surprisingly simple. The real challenges? Government offices. Paperwork. Administrative labyrinths. If you're looking for digitalization potential – start there. Just saying. But what truly blew me away? The people. Pascal Martino – the boss who doesn't feel like a boss. Approachable, sharp, and genuinely cool. Frank Lichtenthaeler – a Partner in the truest sense. Clear words. Clear focus. Georges Wantz – an exceptional colleague and a rock for every topic I throw at him. Francois BADE – less like a colleague, more like a friend you'd grab a beer with. Michael Holzmann – my coach who actually coaches. Wise, warm, and unbelievably approachable. Laurent Collet – the one pushing Digital Assets forward. I can't wait to dive deep into this topic with you. Quentin Clarenne – I still owe you that coffee. One day we'll make it happen. Jorge Javier Contreras Garcia – my recruiter with South American charm who made me feel welcome before I even started. And then there's my project team: Eva Stoffels Philipp Schumacher Corentin Dumont What can I say? Wow. Just wow. From day one, they welcomed me like I'd been there for years. Patient with my weird questions. Brilliant in their answers. Genuinely fun to work with. After 10+ years in banking transformation, I've learned one thing above all: The right people make all the difference. Grateful to be here. Let’s build something great together. 🚀 And I’m far from done tagging great colleagues – just to name a few more: Abderrahmane SABER • Cédric Jadoul • Piotr Zatorski • Marlies Irene Klöck • Victoria Capcelea • Ugo Rapini • Joël Ahoyo • Simone V. • Giulia Pescatore
