++ Zurich ++ Eurapco Academy Leadership Alumni What a combination. The inspiring Apéro with our Academy alumni in our Eurapco office unfolded into an unexpected - and quite powerful - review of our work in 2025.   In the middle of the evening, the conversations began to shift: one teammate after another started sharing what they had been working on throughout the year – from Key Strategic Initiatives on AI and Climate-Catastrophe-Claims to our new look & feel. With no stage and no slides, carried only by the natural flow of the reception, it evolved into a very personal and truly impressive Tour d’Horizon of our Eurapco work in 2025.   What moved me most was the team spirit and mutual inspiration in the room. As if by chance, we experienced what Eurapco is all about. Emotionally and in content: learning through real exchange, recognising each other’s strengths, and turning insights into shared energy for our Alliance.   A heartfelt thank you to my team and to all alumni who joined us in Zurich – you turned an informal alumni get-together into a living example of European collaboration at its best.
