🇵🇱✨ Behind the scenes at MELAG Polska – an unforgettable business trip! Recently, I had the pleasure of spending a day with my wonderful team at MELAG Polska in Bystrzyca Dolna, Poland – and I can honestly say: it was one of the most inspiring and memorable business trips I’ve ever experienced 🚀. As the person responsible for marketing in Poland, it was truly special for me to meet our colleagues on-site again in person. Gaining insights into the facilities – from the warm, family-like office spaces to the impressively efficient logistics and service areas – reminded me once again of the passion, efficiency and commitment to quality that drive their work every single day 💼🔧. But above all, it was the human connections that made this trip so valuable: We deepened relationships, shaped new visions together, reunited with old friends and gained new ones 🤝. These moments remind me how powerful real teamwork can be – especially when it thrives across borders.
