Yesterday, I had the privilege of catching up with the Lumenci India team at our Gurugram office, and hosting a town hall to share where we're headed next. It's been quite a year. We’ve made bold strides that have positioned us ahead of the industry curve.  The next few years will see us take this even further, with 2026 set to be a defining milestone in building the Lumenci platform we have long envisioned. What I appreciated most was the kind of questions our team raised - thoughtful, strategic, and rooted in business understanding.  It reaffirmed that Lumenci’s strength lies not just in technical excellence but in how our team thinks like true business operators. Grateful to lead such a talented and forward thinking team. The best is yet to come. Happy Thanksgiving!
