For „World Quality Day“, our amazing colleagues from the Aenova Group quality team pulled off something truly special! 😀 Through playful challenges, we explored the importance of quality, clear instructions, and detailed documentation. And yes — there were prizes to be won! 🎉 From racing to measure glass beads in vials, team puzzling, folding origami ducks, to building and inspecting Lego models based on written instructions — it was hands-on learning at its best. 🤓 Thanks to Florian Fink’s experience and Caroline Ruppel’s precision, our Lego object passed the quality check with flying colors — we won! 🎉 (And no, being a Lego Serious Play Facilitator didn’t give me any unfair advantage… sadly!
