🚀 We’re Hiring – Aftersales General Manager (EMEA) 🌍 📍 Based in our Birmingham (Woodgate) office | Reporting directly to the Operations Director Ishida Europe is a world leader in the design, manufacture, and installation of complete weighing and packing line solutions. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Aftersales General Manager to join our Aftersales team in Birmingham, leading the EMEA region. This is a pivotal leadership role with overall responsibility for delivering world-class customer service and growing our Aftersales business to £60m. Key responsibilities include: ✅ Driving customer satisfaction and service excellence through strong KPIs and SLAs ✅ Developing and executing a business plan to achieve £60m Aftersales revenue by 2030 ✅ Collaborating across multi-functional and international teams ✅ Leading operational transformation and implementing best practices across EMEA ✅ Building and developing high-performing teams and future succession plans ✅ Partnering closely with global Aftersales teams in Japan and the USA to ensure brand consistency What we’re looking for: ✔️ An engineering-qualified professional with proven experience in Aftersales or Service Operations ✔️ Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering operational excellence ✔️ Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills ✔️ Experience working in an international, multi-site environment If you’re a strategic and driven leader looking to make a real impact in a global organisation, we’d love to hear from you. 👉 Click the link below to view the full job description and apply.
