I’m thrilled to share that Bystronic Group has signed an agreement to acquire Coherent Corp.’s Tools for Materials Processing business — an important strategic step that will diversify our business, expand our technology portfolio and provide us with access to attractive growth markets such as medical devices and semiconductors. A huge thank-you to everyone involved for the outstanding collaboration throughout this process. I look forward to building Bystronic Rofin together with our new global #Rofin colleagues.
