I had the pleasure of giving an impulse talk on business model development at the Cyber Valley AI Incubator supported by the Max-Planck-Institut fรผr Intelligente Systeme at the ARENA2036 in Stuttgart, and I left with a really good feeling. So many strong ideas. So much energy. And at the same time, a clear focus on the problems of today and tomorrow. It impresses me every time. This blend of scientific curiosity and entrepreneurship, of vision and pragmatism. Exactly what we need. What fascinates me most is the passion and conviction behind these technical ideas. Without that, no one would have the perseverance to push through setbacks and keep going. And yet, that is where the real challenge lies. Passion, yes, but also openness. Do not fall in love with your idea too early. Keep developing it step by step together with users. The exchange with the other presenters and coaches Olga Mordvinova, Ralf Allrutz and Michael Raschke was very insightful. It is so valuable to question your own perspective from time to time and to look beyond your own bubble. A heartfelt thank you who put so much dedication into this. I always take something new away from these conversations. Programs like this are much more than start-up support. They are a contribution to the future strength of our region and our country. I am already looking forward to the next chapters of this journey. #TheAIIncubator #AI #AIStartup #Innovation #CyberValley #ESB Business School
