This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in setting up and supporting a new organisation with real social purpose, high visibility, and national significance. 💼 What you’ll do: Provide first-class governance and company secretariat support to the CGC Board, Chair and Committees. Work directly with senior stakeholders to ensure robust, transparent decision-making. Lead on statutory compliance, minute-taking, and strategic forward planning. Shape new governance frameworks as CGC evolves towards becoming a standalone development corporation. 🙌 What we’re looking for: You’re a skilled governance professional who thrives on complexity and collaboration.
