Serving on the Jury for the Wegbereiter Preis 2025 of Börsenclub Hannover von 1785 e. V.: Celebrating Innovation in Hannover 🏆 I'm thrilled to share that I recently had the honor of serving on the jury for the Wegbereiter Preis 2025, an initiative by the Börsenclub Hannover that recognizes outstanding startups.✨ Alongside fellow jury members Britta Kokemper-Söllner, Marc Klages, Tobias Ortmaier, and Jonas Lindemann, we faced the challenging task of selecting the top three startups from an impressive pool of applications. After careful deliberation, I'm proud to announce our winners: 🌟 🏆 Sightwise GmbH: Congratulations to Philipp Middendorf, Nils Melchert, Kolja Hedrich, and Nils Graf-Gutsche for their innovative AI solution! Sightwise is pioneering AI technology that enables machines to understand and interpret visual information, providing intelligent analytics for businesses. Their cutting-edge computer vision platform is designed to transform how companies process and utilize visual data. 🚀 🏆 Lingolino: A remarkable educational technology startup founded by Gerd-Dirk Trang, Samantha Carbajal, Louis Nguyen, and Irina Duplat. Their solution creates an interactive, screen-free language learning environment for children, addressing a critical gap in early childhood education. 👶 🏆 ALL ABOUT MIDLIFE: Founded by Constanze Stock and Katja Ohly-Nauber, addressing important midlife transition challenges. 💫 The ceremony featured an inspiring speech by Grant Hendrik Tonne, who emphasized the importance of startups for Hannover and Lower Saxony, highlighting the significant investments being made in the region's innovation ecosystem. We also heard from Stephanie Pfeil-Coenen of Phaeosynt, a previous winner, whose presentation demonstrated the impressive progress they've made since their award. 🌱 Events like these reinforce my belief in the vital role family businesses can play in nurturing innovation.
