Driebergen Leadership Offsite – 4/5 September 2025 Two days together in Driebergen gave us the space to pause, reflect, and reconnect. We leaned into Start–Stop–Continue feedback, watered the roots so our tree can grow stronger, and created bonds that will carry us forward. We built commitment to truly find each other, to nurture trust, and to stay connected. In a safe space where wolves roamed, cars flew, and cats barked, we allowed ourselves to experiment, laugh, and be authentic. Through Secure Base Leadership principles, we reminded ourselves what matters most: not perfection, but the courage of showing up – for each other, for our teams, and for the journey ahead. We also committed to take this back to our teams and create the ripple effect of becoming a truly connected team where voices are not subdued, listening before judging and the curiosity to grow takes centrestage.
