🚀 Excited to share a big milestone! I got to redesign the UnitedHealth Group careers website alongside my talented teammates Saydde Paints and Marissa Clark. (Thank you, Figma) Together, we reimagined the experience with candidates in mind, making it easier to find the right role. The updates include: -Simplified navigation so it takes fewer clicks to find and apply to jobs. -Popular job searches built directly into the search bar. -A refreshed landing page. -A new job seeker resources page with step-by-step details on the hiring process, how to check your application status, resume tips, and FAQs. -Consolidated content, streamlining information and navigation. -And many other enhancements.
