After more than 13 years full of challenges, transformation, and personal growth at LANXESS – followed by some months of rest, reflection, and reorientation – I’m excited to begin a new chapter. Today, 1 September, I have started my new role as Head of Corporate Communications & Identity at Consors Finanz BNP Paribas. This feels like the right moment to acknowledge the people who have shaped my journey so far: Christoph Sieder, Daniel Smith, and Christiane Müller – your trust laid the foundation for everything that followed. To my incredible team: Christiane Minderjahn, Cristina Dahn, Saskia Flosdorff, Anja Färber, Thomas Stark, Sebastian Roehrig, Nina Hasenkamp, Rodrigo Henriquez – you are eight remarkable individuals who continuously challenged, inspired, and supported me, both professionally and personally. A shout-out as well to my former team members Sabrina Lally (Lutz) and Carolin Mann – you, too, played an important role in my journey. There are many more people I’m grateful to – not enough space to mention you all, but you know who you are. Now I’m looking forward to what’s next: a new industry, a new company, and many new faces. Special appreciation goes out to the team at Consors Finanz BNP Paribas – your warm welcome today and even before day one has only added to my anticipation.
