🌏 Four months in Vietnam – a truly memorable time As part of my Junior Managers Program (#JMP), I had the chance earlier this year to spend four months at Bosch Digital Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City. During this time, I took on various responsibilities: 🔄 As an Agile Team Coach, I facilitated agile events for rollout teams, 🎓 I drove competence development for our international data scientists, and 💻 I conducted business analyses to automate our application packaging processes. What stayed with me most is that flexibility matters. Taking ownership of very different topics gave me the opportunity to learn quickly and connect with many great people – something I consider essential in today’s fast-changing world. I’m very grateful for all the experiences I made and the people I got to meet.
