Pricing (Value) Science & Analytics | Multi-Stakeholder Impact Alignment | Sustainability @ Harvard | Soil Science Enthusiast

It is exciting to see the real world application of a topic, that I had the opportunity to research extensively in the final paper for my Masters in Sustainability at Harvard Extension School (supported and advised by Neil Hawkins and Davy De Clercq). How the intersection of innovation, product portfolio analytics, and sustainability metrics - while informing marketing, R&D, and pricing strategies - can lead to long-term competitive advantages and financial resilience. (Based on the PSA framework developed by the WBCSD – World Business Council for Sustainable Development) It is a perfect example of how sustainability frameworks (not necessarily external reporting, but those for internal strategies) can produce value to all stakeholders simultaneously. Business case for sustainability, and sustainability case for business. Scott Collick Alexa Dembek
