After three wonderful years, I have decided to hand over the Chapter Lead for CLIMB at #BMSGermany. Together we were able to actively shape the corporate culture at Bristol Myers Squibb and drive forward networking between the generations. In this role, I learned an incredible amount about leadership and team spirit and am very grateful for the international CLIMB network that I was part of. An absolute highlight for me was attending the SXSW conference in Austin last year. I would now like to wish Svenja Laue and Dr. Tobias Beyer all the best for their start as new CLIMB Chapter Leads! Thanks to the entire CLIMB Germany team and to everyone who accompanied me on this journey. It was wonderful! #bmsemployee
