The first Digital Service Award and just the beginning! Together with our amazing partners KPMG and Appinio, we launched the Digital Service Award to celebrate outstanding digital services. And we’re proud of what we’ve achieved! A huge thank you to all participants, the jury, our partners, and of course the winners dm-drogerie markt Deutschland, Lidl in Germany and REWE who are redefining what great digital service looks like. What made this award truly special: real customer feedback. Before the diverse jury stepped in, thousands of real users were surveyed – because in the end, there’s no better feedback than the voice of the customer. The winners didn’t just impress experts – they convinced the people who actually use their services. This award is more than a moment. It’s a movement. Amazing companies are building the future of digital services in Europe, and this is just the start. The event featured inspiring panels and bold discussions – including one big question: Will we even need B2C apps in the future?
