Summer is here, bringing with it a wonderful opportunity to slow down, laugh a little louder, and reconnect with what truly matters. I’ve written this article for parents of younger children “𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬: 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲, 𝐏𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐚 𝐋𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐫” to celebrate the simple joys of unstructured fun, family traditions, and making memories that last. From board games and bedtime giggles to cultural adventures and quiet moments of reflection, I hope these ideas inspire you to make this summer more meaningful and joyful for your family. I’d love to hear how you’re bringing slow joy into your summer! What are your favourite family rituals or ways to unwind together? Please share your thoughts, tips, or even your own summer stories in the comments below. Let’s inspire each other to make this season truly special!
