A few years ago, I made one of the most difficult decisions of my life: I left my home country due to safety concerns and moved to France — with no support network, no job, no knowledge of the language, and no certainties. Just the desire to grow and move forward. I share with you an interview I gave a few years ago, along with something more personal and meaningful : - Living far from home has been one of the most challenging experiences of my life , not only because of the physical distance, but because of the emotional weight it carries every day. - Along the way, I recently lost my mother. Not being able to be there for her as I wished ; has been — and will remain — one of the deepest wounds of this journey. And yet… every step, every obstacle, every small victory has been dedicated to my family and today has become a way to honor her memory. - There will be days filled with doubt, homesickness, and the question: “What am I doing here?” - People will mock your accent, question your abilities, and remind you how hard it is to succeed. But you’ll also discover that the soft and hard skills you gain — the ones that don’t fit on a résumé — are the ones that truly shape you. Crossing borders, starting from scratch, and building your place in a whole new world teaches you that what once seemed impossible, is absolutely possible. To those considering taking the leap: ✨ Don’t wait for the perfect moment. Do it scared — but do it. ✨ The unknown is not the enemy of success; it’s the beginning of your transformation. Because growth hurts… but staying where you can’t bloom hurts even more.
