After an incredible 3.5 years, it is time to say goodbye to Vimeo, a journey that has been one of my career’s most special chapters. ✌ I joined Vimeo in July 2021 in Singapore, just six months after the APAC team was formed, thanks to a kind referral from my former Shutterstock colleague and friend Derick Rhodes (forever grateful!). From my first conversations with Mark Stanton, Daniel Cebrian, Stuart Barnes, and Josh Normand, I had this undeniable feeling that this was exactly where I was meant to be. 🚀 Over the years, we have scaled the APAC sales team, navigated a global pandemic, embraced new ways of working, and celebrated some incredible milestones, not without a few bumps along the way. But what made the journey truly unforgettable was not just the wins, but the resilience, teamwork, and personal growth that came with every step. But what stands out the most? The people, without a doubt. 💙 From SKOs to QBRs, industry events to spontaneous laughs, and of course, the endless Slack banter. I have learned so much from so many of you. There are far too many to name, but I feel incredibly lucky to have worked alongside such talented, kind, and inspiring humans. A special shoutout to the APAC leadership crew — Mark Stanton, Ben Chan, Carissa Mills, Gary Zeng, Victoria Fell, Junna Massey, Lauren (Stephenson) Jarvis, Chris Rainford, and Antoine B., and Mark Stanton, for your unwavering support, trust, and leadership. You have been a true role model, I could not have asked for a better leader, mentor, and champion. Wishing Simon Hayward all the best as he continues to lead and grow Vimeo’s international business. It has been a pleasure working alongside you. On the personal front, my family and I recently returned to the San Francisco Bay Area after six unforgettable years abroad, a life-changing adventure that we will cherish forever. So... what's next? For the first time in my life, I am pressing pause, focusing on quality family time and training for the HYROX World Championship in Chicago, which I am incredibly proud to have qualified for. I will be recharged, refocused, and ready for whatever adventure comes next. To the entire Vimeo crew, thank you for the memories, the laughs, and the lessons. I will be cheering you on from afar as you continue to soar. Let's stay in touch. The best part of this journey has been the incredible people I have met along the way, and I hope our paths cross again soon.
